My name is Anouk, and I made my very first pair of shoes in December '21. I had no idea so many others would fall in love with my shoes in the following year! But when it happened, I decided to make more people happy with these simple, comfortable, and natural barefoot shoes. I started looking for offcuts to make our shoes in local upholsteries in Cape Town, where I lived back then — and where our shoes are still made today. I began building a dream team, many of whom are still with us. The quality and perfect fit of the shoes have been improving month by month, and I’m now proud of a shoe that feels so good that people have even fallen asleep wearing them. Exchange & Return Policy We want you to love your Earth Soles, and that’s why we give you 100 days to decide whether you'd like to keep, exchange, or return your pair. If you're not fully satisfied, please review our return policy and book your return below. ❗️Note: Most exchanges are due to sizing. Contact Warranty Warranty Exchange after fail of quality: We believe in the durability and quality of our Earth Soles, but as a growing brand, we acknowledge that occasional issues may arise. If, within the first 12 months of your purchase, you find that the shoes do not meet your expectations, please don't hesitate to contact us. When we acknowledge the issues comes from our side, we will make sure to send you a second pair for shipping costs only. Quality issues with your Earth Soles : If you encounter similar or new issues with the second pair, we will refund your purchase. The refund amount will be determined by the length of time you've owned the shoes before contacting us. We will calculate this by dividing your original purchase price by 12 (representing the months in a year) and then multiplying this figure by the number of months you've had the shoes. For example, if you purchased your shoes for €120 in January and contact us for a refund in May, the calculation would be as follows: €120 ÷ 12 months = €10 per month • €10 per month × 4 months of ownership = €40 • €120 (original purchase price) - €40 deducted amount) = €80 total refund

Use & Care Take care of your Earth Soles, and your Earth Soles will take care of you. Read our advice for longer-lasting barefootwear: Your shoes will mold to your feet over time. If they're too tight initially, wet them while wearing them for faster stretching. Once they fit comfortably, avoid getting them wet to prevent further stretching. If they do get wet, air-dry them away from direct sunlight. Keep the soles in good condition by using beeswax or Dubbin. We also sell natural beeswax to support your Earth Sole here . Try to avoid hot, abrasive pavements and tar as the sole will wear through faster Problem Solving If the waxed thread wears through, a drop of one-second glue will prevent unraveling.
