Custom made range of colors of our elegant leather barefoot shoes

Often struggle finding that perfect fitting footwear? With our custom fit option, you're at the right address. We create tailor-made barefoot shoes, based on the shape of your feet, to make you footwear that your feet deserve.

1) Design your barefoot shoes
Head to our images and explore our wide variety of leather colors, waxed threads, and more. Choose each element one at a time and create a shoe that truly reflects your style!

2) Measure your feet
If you haven't sent us the measurements of your feet yet, head to our Measuring Guide, so we have the details to create your handcraft your custom-fitted footwear.

3) We craft your pair
Using your measurements, we create a custom pattern and handcraft your shoes for a comfortable, foot-hugging fit. This process takes 1 to 3 weeks from the time we receive your complete measurements.

Natural toe box / barefoot shape: Our design is made to the shape of your feet, making them highly comfortable and creating that unique barefoot feeling.

Earthing through leather soles: Our leather soles will keep you grounded, which improves mood and sleep and decreases inflammation and stress levels.

Repurposed leather: All the top and back parts of our shoes are created with repurposed leather, minimizing our environmental impact and making each pair a limited edition.

Made by hand: Our shoes are cut, glued, and stitched by our amazing local artisans, which is a 2.5-hour process

Charity: 1% of our profit is monthly donated to two South African NGOs. More about this on our About page.
Leather has proven to be a durable material, capable of grounding and protecting at the same time. It does however wear through faster than rubber, and so here are some steps you can take to look after your Earth Soles:

- Avoid getting them wet

- Try to avoid hot, abrasive pavements and tar

- Avoid scuffing your feet unnecessarily

- Give them some love with some protective beeswax or Dubbin

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 90 days. Your return shipping is at your expense, and a handling fee of $11 will be charged for the exchange. Once we receive your returned shoes in perfect condition and the handling fees are paid, we will send your new pair.

Returns

Returns are possible within 90 days. Your return shipping is at your expense, a handling fee of $16 will be charged for the return. A refund will be issued once we receive the shoes in perfect condition, along with $10 in store credit for your next purchase.
