Shipping to outlying areas can be very high. If you live remote, please ask us to check shipping fees before your purchase or have a look by heading straight to Tunl (our shipping agent) to get a quick quote.

Lost or stolen packages
Earth Sole is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased, and therefore we recommend choosing for shipping with insurance.

Import duties and customs fees
